Founded in Service
The South Edgecombe Rural Fire Department was founded in 1964, with a mission to protect and serve the South Edgecombe district. Our roots run deep within this community, and we're proud of the relationships we've built over the years.
A New Home
In 2017, we moved to our new, modern station, allowing us to better serve the community with state-of-the-art equipment and facilities. This move signifies our ongoing commitment to providing the best possible service to the people of South Edgecombe.

With only 36 hours of training required each year, it's a great way to give back to your community and make a real difference in people's lives.
